Allana-Rae and I will be discussing the issue of teacher stress, what she has learned along the way, and how she attempts to manage the issue as an administrator. With COVID-19 in our midst, teacher stress is even more prevalent, and the discourse becomes very important. Administrators do not have all the answers, but it helps when they can support each other by sharing strategies that may work to help their staff

We also discuss how the disorder impacts behaviours in school and learning. Having knowledge of the disorder empowers parents and teachers to implement the best strategies for the child.
